KOI8-r

KOI8-r is widely used on Russian Internet sites. It is described in the document RFC-1489, which was published July 1993. Russian letters are at the same locations as in KOI8-RU, ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic, and KOI8 Unified.
