Windows Cyrillic, Code Page 1251 (Russian only)

Windows Cyrillic, Code Page 1251 (Russian only) is a modification of Windows Cyrillic that was designed by Cornell University's Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics. It includes Russian accented vowels in place of the non-Russian Cyrillic letters. Our Cyrillic Support 2000 fully supports this character set.

Notes: 1) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
